Mental Health Matters- Podcast

I had the chance to sit down and discuss the importance of mental health awareness on college campuses with Clinical Mental Health Therapist Linda Hayes.

Ms. Hayes has her Associate Licensing Counseling Certification and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. I met Ms. Hayes through our wellness department on campus and was lucky enough to work alongside her while implementing mental health awareness events that were held on campus last semester.

In this podcast, Hayes shares the importance of taking care of your own personal mental health while giving some helpful advice along the way.

Take some time to listen, reflect, and learn how to practice personal mental health awareness.
